1. Dealing and Advisory
Foster Stockbroking has an experienced team of Professional Advisers to provide investment advice and equity dealing services. Our advisers have continuous real-time access to the latest news and information on companies, and we have the capacity to analyse situations and react quickly to announcements, which is an important requirement in a fast moving, dynamic market.

2. Research
Foster Stockbroking produces an institutional grade research product that adds an important dimension to its dealing and advisory capabilities. We particularly focus on companies in the small to mid- capitalisation sectors and we research a broad range of companies across a variety of sectors and industry groups.

3. Corporate Broking/Capital Raising
Foster Stockbroking has considerable experience and history in raising capital.
This may involve:

i. Raising additional capital for existing ASX listed companies; or
ii. Undertaking new listings (“IPO’s”) either on our own or as part of a syndicate; or
iii. Pre- IPO capital raisings for companies planning to list on the ASX

FSB has a team of professionals who have considerable experience in these areas.

4. Settlement and Clearing of Transactions
Berndale Securities Ltd, our Third Party Clearer, undertakes all our settlement and clearing obligations. Berndale Securities is a wholly owned subsidiary of Merrill Lynch Australia and is a controlling participant of CHESS.

Usually settlements proceed smoothly and efficiently but inevitably there will sometimes be questions about your shareholding or you may have a settlement enquiry.

Our capable settlements administration team is available to resolve any settlement and clearing queries that may arise and they also liaise with Berndale to investigate any issues.
